✅ Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
✅ You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery for any issues.
✅ Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging for a valid return.

2. Exchange Policy

✅ If the delivered product is defective or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability.
✅ Exchange is not applicable for reasons like change of mind or size/color preferences after delivery.

3. Refund Policy

✅ Refunds are processed only if replacement of the same product is not possible.
✅ Refunds, once approved, will be processed via original payment mode within 7-10 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

✅ Orders can be canceled before dispatch/shipping.
✅ Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

5. Important Notes

• No returns or refunds for customized furniture or special order items.
• Physical inspection at the time of delivery is advised for large items like beds, sofas, almirahs, etc.
