✅ Exchange is not applicable for reasons like change of mind or size/color preferences after delivery.
3. Refund Policy
✅ Refunds are processed only if replacement of the same product is not possible.
✅ Refunds, once approved, will be processed via original payment mode within 7-10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
✅ Orders can be canceled before dispatch/shipping.
✅ Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

- Physical inspection at the time of delivery is advised for large items like beds, sofas, almirahs, etc.
